Specification

Our cable gland is made of high-quality nylon through integrated injection molding. The tightening nut, main body, and nut parts are made of nylon PA66 material; and the sealing ring and gasket are made of nitrile rubber. This series of products has a static temperature range of -40 ℃ to 100 ℃ and an instantaneous heat resistance range of 120 ℃; dynamic -20 ℃ to 80 ℃, instantly heat-resistant to 100 ℃. In addition, the product is waterproof, dustproof, salt resistant, acid and alkali resistant, alcohol, grease, and general solvents.
Our nylon cable gland products include various styles such as standard, universal, and corner series, with complete specifications and colors that can be customized according to customer requirements.

We have not set a minimum MOQ, we customize products according to customer needs. In theory, we can meet different MOQ requirements of customers, but different MOQs will have different costs.

What is the lead time for batch production?

Normally our lead time is 1~2 weeks for batch production. For urgent case, we can improve it in 3~7 days.
